Dan joined Morris Armitage in February 2012 after having previously worked as a labourer for a bricklaying firm with no prior knowledge of estate agency. He now works in sales and is responsible for sales progression and negotiating offers between buyers and sellers.
On top of this he operates external appointments, viewings and valuations which he says is a constant juggling act but one which he enjoys.
Congratulating buyers and sellers upon completion and giving people the keys to their new home after what is quite often a very stressful journey is an incredibly satisfying part of the job for him.
Being motivated and driven, Dan says he always likes to look to the future and tries to improve on the previous month’s results. He says that, “I’m very much of the impression if you spend too much time dwelling on previous achievements you’ll end up standing still.”
When he was younger he dreamed of being the captain of Arsenal FC but says that “Unfortunately these days, I have to settle for sitting in the crowd!”
