Amy joined Food Innovation Solutions and Good Sense Research based in Bury St Edmunds in 2014 after previously working as a Freelance Interpreter and Translator.
She now manages marketing for both companies but predominantly works for Good Sense, which conducts consumer research using many different techniques to ensure they are getting inside the consumers’ minds so their clients can be confident that they are making the right decisions on their products. She loves the variability that comes with the job, as every project is unique and the dynamic, driven and passionate group of people that she works with.
With hard work and dedication, Amy has recently secured a big industry player in Switzerland which she regards as one of the biggest achievements of her career and is excited to deliver on the project. She says that it represents a massive opportunity for the company to move forward.
When she was younger, she went through phases of an Air Hostess and later on, a Beautician. If her job could be anywhere in the world, she says she would choose Italy because of her background in languages, “I love the country, the culture and of course the food!”
She says her friends always criticise her for her poor taste in music, and would choose either the Spice Girls or Backstreet Boys as her favourite 90s album.
